The Gourmet Bakery Cafe is family-owned and operated by bakers trained in the most elite baking school of France, the Grands Moulins de Paris, a school which originated 900 years ago with the advent of the boulangerie.
The GBC has been the paradigm of excellence in the Woodlands since 2009 for fresh bread, fine pastries, macarons, sweet and savory crepes and gourmet sandwiches, all made daily in the shop.
Come early for the freshest selection of baguettes, one of the symbols of French culture wrapped in brown paper. Order a plate of the city’s finest French toast and accompany it with a cafe’ au lait, coffee with steamed milk.
